  2. I just left subway at 318 west hill st Thomson ga 30824. I was 2nd in line but they kept doing sandwiches for people behind me before finishing mine. They put 4 slices of cheese on a 6 inch but would only give me 2 on my wrap

  3. I was recently at Subway #40646-0. This was the second (probably last) time that I ordered a salad and the person making salad had to be told to cut the meat and tomatoes. They put whole slices of meat on top of the lettuce and both times seemed agitated that I asked them to cut the meat and tomatoes. Also, They said they do not do chopped salads anymore because it takes up too much time, but only hand out a fork with the meal…go figure? I had not eaten there for about 4 months and had heard the customer service was bad, but wanted to give it a try anyway and I thought the first time last week was a one-off. But, now it seems like that is the status quo.

    • I was just going online to say the same thing happened to me! However I did get them to roll up and cut the meat but if they can cut the meat why can’t they cut the tomatoes. That was pretty stupid. There’s some policy and it probably has to do with Covid. I don’t think it’s because it takes up too much time. But I agreed with you they should’ve at least given us a knife so we could cut the tomatoes ourselves.

        • My sandwich did not resemble your in-store adverting nor does it look like those advertised on this sight, and advertising everywhere! I ordered, then I chose Swiss cheese and was refused more than two thin slices; that’s thin, VERY, VERY THIN sliced. This occurred last Monday, September 19th at store number 1289 on River Road, St. George, UT. I recall a situation at the same store months ago where, when asked ” what would I like, I pointed to the poster above the lighted menus, indicating a sandwich 4-5 inches thick, and overloaded with vegies, and lunchmeats; that was exactly what I wanted mine to look like and was refused! Oh well, there’s likely more than a dozen sub locations other than Subway here in Saint George.
          Please excuse my high expectation; Oh, and you can keep the cookie!

I ordered a new sandwich at Subway, a Baja Steak, brought it home to enjoy it, but the meat was not enjoyable, I chewed and chewed, and then spit it out, reminded me of when I was a kid and my Mom served us Liver, She said “Just chew all of the good out of it, and then spit it out…..Not sure when all of the good was gone, so I used my own judgement…..

  8. I ordered a tuna fish subway and was curious as to why I was charged sales tax. According to California law if the subway is not heated and if you eat outside there should be no sales tax. Other subways don’t charge sales tax on food not heated and eaten outside the store.

    Other than that, the subway was good.

  10. This was my first breakfast at the Patrol Road, Jeffersonville location. The gentleman who took my order in the drive thru helped me with the menu, very polite, never rushing me, asking me what extras I wanted! Then the manager where I paid and received my order was very helpful and courteous! My 6″ egg/ham with onions was PERFECT. I’ll be back for breakfasts from now on!! Bye bye McDs!!

  14. I am a disabled Vietnam Vet with a hearing loss and oft times it is a challenge to hear what others are saying. I also eat about three times a week at the Subway located in Jonesborough, Tennessee. After noticing my condition, the two ladies (Tara and Brandi) have been very kind and helpful when placing my order. Being a creature of habit, the ladies have also been able to fill my order without me having to ask. I am sure, by doing what they do it also speeds up the process thus allowing them to fill other orders of those in line.

  15. I really love your sandwiches and wraps. The people at my local Subway are always friendly and pleasant! However, when I visited yesterday something happened that I could not understand. I used my credit card to pay for my meal and when I got to the check-out pad part, I could not complete my payment without leaving a tip. Normally I will leave a 15% tip, but I hit the no tip button and the machine would not let me complete my transaction until I selected something other than no tip. Is this intentional by Subway? I find it very disturbing that I do not have the option of not leaving a tip if I so desire.

  18. I quit going to Subway when you started using the communist purple hair dude for your spokesman. I haven’t seen him in a while so I decided to try again. I stopped at store 63639-0 and ordered a sandwich transaction 1/a-330804. The young lady waiting on me was very nice, the person seeming to be the manager, not so much. I asked for swiss and spicy mustard and was told they no longer carry them. Seriously? Make better choices in spokesmen and you can afford swiss and spicy mustard. Until then, guess I’ll be going elsewhere.

  19. My spouse and I went to the subway in Rincon Ga and I order a 6 inch Teriyaki Chicken and my spouse had a 6 inch Meatball Sub, and at that point we should of just turned around and left. They didn’t have Teriyaki Chicken, so they substituted some form of meat for the chicken, not for sure what, then there toaster did not work because the electricity went out the day before and it must be that nobody knew on how to turned it back on. We went to pay for the sandwiches which we had two coupons for a discount on these sandwiches, but when they went to scan them only one would work, this has happen to us before. There was a person who came in behind us and order their sandwiches and got their sandwiches toasted while we paid for ours, funny on how it magically started working. I really don’t recommend going to this place to get your sandwiches.

    We recently visited store 16921 in La Grange, Texas and a lady covered in tattoos who was an employee there was rude we ordered BLT only got 4 slices of bacon alot of lettuce and the bacon wasn’t even in the sandwich I’ve eaten at many of Subways on the road but the my home town needs to take a long hard look at its employees

  27. I visited the Subway in Danville, Pennsylvania (5 McCracken Rd.) off of Interstate 80, on my way back to Philadelphia. The lady sandwich artist (no name on the receipt) was very polite, prompt, and honestly, made me the best turkey sub I have had at Subway in many years! All the ingredients tasted very fresh, and she made sure to use new gloves and kept her face covered properly at all times.
    Per my receipt, I visited this location on 10/10/2022 at 14:39 pm and will return to that location the next time I travel on I-80, thanks to the lady who served me. She deserves a bonus for her excellent customer service!

  28. The system to leave feedback sucks, does not work!! I went to store #29221-0 Laveen Arizona. My clerk was great, she made everything exactly as requested. She recommended a meatball sub and suggested the garlic condiment. She was right, it was great. All of the information is on our receipt – just give us a path to follow – our new Subway #2199-0 in Taylorsville, UT 84129 is so nice – we will be going there often. Our servers, Andres and Lexia, were so friendly and polite and respectful – and they acknowledged that the survey was next to impossible to complete. This is not right. So, please change your system to a system that is easy to follow – so many other restaurants do, and they get our business.

  30. I enjoy Subway sandwiches and find them a good fill in for the day. W e have four locations in our small town and I must have picked the wrong one. Now to be honest, I have been to this particular store Subway Store before (#4439-0) and not had an unpleasant experience. While there seems to a turnover in employees, they have always tried to do a good job. That is….until the other day. My server was employee #203 and I found her quite disagreeable to deal with. She did not listen to my order and began fixing the wrong sandwich, but I explained it to her once again and she tossed ll of the ingredients back in their containers and started over. HUH? Is that even sanitary? She started making my new sandwich and before I could correct her, it was downsized from a 12″ to a 6″. Realizing I was fighting an uphill, I stayed quiet as there was now a line beginning to build. As this young lady finished my first sandwich and started on a second one, another employee appeared and began whittling the line down (actually filling two orders while I was still waiting for my two sandwich order. I don’t know if the young lady (#203) was having bad day because she was pregnant or what, but I will try another store. With the inevitable employee turnover, I may return. If I do return however and this young lady is the server? I will turn around and go elsewhere. P.S. You make it extremely difficult to leave comments. You might check with your competition and possible streamline this process. Oh….and I don’t want a free cookie, I just thought you should know about this store

  31. I visited the Subway store #1073-0 on 11/9/22 at 4:11 pm to purchase several subs. There were 2 customers waiting in front of me. When the worker (Cass) approached the customer in front of me to take her order, Cass apologized for making the customer wait. I did not see or hear any other employees in the Subway and asked the worker (Cass) if she was there alone. She said she was. She also said it was her first week working at Subway. She took care of the customer in front of me and then approached me and apologized for making me wait. She was very pleasant and did her job very well. I would think Subway would want to hang on to such a pleasant, hard-working employee as Cass. If Subway cannot give her a raise, the company certainly needs to give her a bonus. For doing everything that needed to be done and serve customers with a smile, she was amazing. I just hope she stays.

Today i ordered a meatball and i like mozzerella on my sandwich and the server told me there would be a $150 up charge which i declined. Then if that was not enough i ordered a bottle of tea and was charged $299 for that.We are done.

  41. I visited the Enfield CT subway and it will be my last time. I have always gone to the same subway store for years but lately it has gone downhill. This time I had the regular meatball sub 12″, I only had 5 meatballs, hardly any sauce and maybe a tablespoons worth of the shredded cheddar cheese. The waitress was very rude and got even ruder when I did not give her a tip. Not a good way to run a store.

  45. I went to your subway store #138 in Las Vegas, NV at 7:41pm on 5/8/23 Subway #48275. I asked one your employee (Santiago) how can I use my coupon was very nice to explain how my coupon would work. Then a young lady (Luisa) came to take my order with an upset face and bad attitude, Luisa was upset even to take my order she looked annoyed. As I’m telling Luisa on what veggies I want for my sandwich, she only put 4 tomatoes 4 cucumbers not enough lettuce because she had any left and instead of getting more lettuce. then she proceeds to put my subway in paper barely even cut or pushed in the veggies. I asked Luisa to please cut and place my subway in the right position so when I opened it nothing falls off, Luisa ignored what I was asking her to do. Before I proceed to pay, I told her I wanted you to do make sandwich the way it should be, and I pointed at her other coworker (Kevin) who was making a sandwich for the other person and Luisa states: some of us do it the wright way and some of us don’t! I asked Luisa for her manager’s name she stated she can’t give me the name. I asked Kevin and he apologized for Luisa’s behavior towards me, I wanted to leave my food there and not pay but I know that Subway will take care of the situation and take care of it. Please don’t hire kids like Luisa she cannot and don’t have customer service. On the other hand, I want you to know that Kevin and Santiago are really good employees very well manner subway needs more employees like them. and please know that this subway is down the street from where I live I don’t think is fair that I have to drive an extra mile to go to another subway.

    I usually don’t leave reviews and am not a picky customer but my experience at the Interquest Pkwy Subway was not good. The whole time she made my sub she was very sparing with every ingredient. I had to ask for more of each topping and then I was charged extra. (Example: 4-5 pickles, onions, and black olives…) In comparison to every other subway I’ve been to in the area, this one is inconsistent. When I kindly brought this up to them they said that they are the “cheap subway” and they laughed about it. Long story short, I won’t be back.

  47. We always go to the same store. It is store 674 in Lake Wales, FL. It also says Subway#66695 so not sure which means the correct store. We like this Subway because they always have what we want. Almost everyone is very pleasant. We had one lady who was not but we notice she has not been there in a few weeks.   48. I had Adam at the #320851 shop at 3108 S Route 59 make me a fantastic sandwich today. This was during the lunch rush, and it was super busy, and Adam was so polite, efficient and just plain good at his job. I never tip at Subway just because it prompts you to tip. Adam is the first employee that’s ever said you can press no instead of watching to see what I put. This time I tipped for outstanding service under pressure from a fantastic example how an employee should act. I hope Subway realizes what an asset he is to their reputation.
