We go to Culvers about twice a month, usually after church. We usually fill out the survey and hope to remember it in my purse for the next time so we can get free scoop of Ice cream custard. We are 66 years old and usually come in saying we have a coupon or that we are seniors.
WELL— we could not do the survey the past 3 times. We go to the Sioux City, Iowa store on Hamilton Street operated by Rich Riley and Zach Steiner. The past 3 times we have NOT received the receipt that has the 18 digit code or the transaction #. Instead we get the final receipt that says DINE IN and we were #87 today and the time we were there with the amount we were charged. This receipt does NOT have the transaction # or the other code. It only has the order ID as being AAAEGK5WAEAD. So again, no survey to fill out and not validation code for next time. (unhappy face). We fill we have missed out on an offer. Please inform the clerks at the Sioux City Hamilton location that old people like their free scoop of custard and will take the time to fill out the survey IF THE CORRECT RECEIPT IS LEFT ON OUR TRAY, or give us both receipts that would solve the issue. There is two of us and we split the scoop of custard and usually leave very pleased as the butter burgers are the best in the state. We love to sample your flavor of the day. That is the only issue I have for this comment, as all other aspects of the service and flavor was GREAT.
