Store # 6733 Milan, Illinois won’t let me enter the code .. and I can see why! The people here don’t understand what a PLAIN sandwich is! I have gotten 4 sandwiches for a 91 year old friend in the last 3 weeks. Every one of them have NOT been the way I asked for them. we have been dining at the same McDonalds for many years, however the service continues to decline. and today was terrible.
We ordered 1 big breakfast and pancakes and asked for coffee and water. we got bottled water which we did not order we just wanted a cup as we usually get. Then we had to make 3 trips back to the counter to get syrup and butter for pancakes then we didn’t have knives and forks then had to go back to the counter. then the food was cold when we got it

McDonald’s #4231 Monroe, Wisconsin 425 8th st. 53566-01056 10/24/2022 10:50 AM Purchased 2 cinnamon rolls and 2 Sr. coffee at the drive thru as we were on our way to Madison. The rolls had not been baked, only warmed which melted the frosting the rolls were cold –dough- bubble gum texture. Just awful tasting and unable to eat. The coffee was watered down and no flavor! What happened to that, McDonald”s always had great coffee! The cost of those rolls was $7.18. Terrible price for the raw products!!!!
