We haven’t been to BK for a long time,one because it’s across the street from MacDonals and not only the way home. But we drove in and could eat inside,unlike McDonald’s. The people are very friendly, very helpful, and smiling even with the masks on. I had forgotten how good their burgers and fries over. The store number is 2690 on Main Street in Tewksbury mass. I have been going to BK for years. The whopper with the secret sauce was special. That’s gone and now it’s just a hamburger like any other now. I still would buy it when you had 2 for $6, now that’s gone, so I tried the 2 quarter pounders for $5. They were awful, tasted like a cheap McDonalds burger. On top of that your survey for free whopper never works. I regret to say that even after being a customer for 40 years or more I won’t be back.

I stopped at Auburn, Maine BK. The fries were cool and hard, the burger was warm and there was a hair in the burger sandwich. I called to explain and they said were very busy so the fries and burger were turned over all the time so I didn’t get them there. I was not able to go back and show them so guess to bad. You can bet I won’t go back to the Auburn, Maine, BK. What a waste of time and money. The sea gulls were happy.

My husband and I went to the Burger King #11022 at 2200 10th Street East in Glencoe, MN 55336, at 12:46 pm. on March 14, 2022. My husband order first then I did. I thought the employee said he was going to round off the cents, BUT instead he said our meal was FREE because of my husband who was wearing a Vietnam Veteran hat. I was Very Surprise of this offer. I said THANK YOU. Then the employee reach over the counter and offer a hand shake and THANK HIM FOR HIS SERVICE. It was very touching. I want to tell you of this VERY SPECIAL 100% TEAM. They also brought our food to us, we didn’t go to pick it up. When we were done I went to the bathroom and when I came back one employee even clean off our tray, and table. What a GREAT GROUP OF EMPLOYEES THAT WAS WORKING THAT DAY. We didn’t have to wait long for our meal. It seem that by the time we had our drinks and decided where to seat we had our food. Very Fast. Very Good. THANK YOU TO YOUR EMPLOYEES that was working that day, and to the employee who offer a hand shake to my husband. Everything happen so fast I didn’t get the name of the employee SORRY.

03/17/22 Tonight I visited store 4101. Arrive about 7 49 and place my order [a double Whopper without the ranch sauce, I then drove to window 1 to pay and pick-up my order. The young lady took the money and said she would get the order. After waiting 10 minutes without seeing the girl, I knocked and blew my horn. There was no response. Then I repeated and finally the girl who had taken my order came to the window . She said ”Yes” I told her I was still waiting for my burger. her reply was, ” i’m waiting for the burger also.” She had originally told me she would get the burger for me..I mentioned that I am waiting 10 minutes. She told me that she had but one person in the kitchen and she is an ”old lady, soo”. So I waited another 10 minutes. When my meal finally arrived I told her I wanted my money back, She yelled. ”Now he wants his money back”. Another kady came and refunded my money. I then went to Arbys and got my order without a problem I don’t have the paid receipt only the REFUND. order 4335 9.94 Total

I went through the drive through in Aurora Indiana. I ordered a Double Whopper meal. Received my order and drove two miles down the road and opened the bag and there was a regular whopper sandwich NOT a double which I ordered and paid for! I have lived in this area for the last 8 years and from day one this store has been sub par! The sandwich was barely warm and thrown together and a sloppy mess to try to eat! Disappointed I didn’t get my double whopper meal. There seems to be a problem with all the fast food places in Aurora and Lawrenceburg Indiana area! Poorly trained staff and equally poorly trained management!
