Why only 15 days?? Was really disappointed when I did my next survey and it would not let me. Now we not only have to be aware of then 3 day window but also a 15 day window!! Rip off
Your staff is short changing customers on the portion of soft serve on a large cone. We questioned her portion and she was rude saying it was the correct amount. We stop by almost every week for 2 large soft cones and have a pretty good idea as to how much we should be receiving. There was only 3 inches of soft serve on top and the cone was empty. I could literally push what little there was on top into the cone leaving me with nothing on top. Very disappointed. Kindly correct.

I want to thank the DQ at, 402 North Main in Lansing Ks, especially Ryan and Justine for their help in making my husband’s birthday celebration a huge success. He loves heath bar blizzards, and I ordered one large blizzard for him (which I attached 2 candles) and 60 mini blizzards for the guests. He blowout the 2 candles (we sang happy birthday) and everyone had a choice of either heath bar or Oreo blizzards. The blizzards were perfect and kudos to Ryan and Justine for a successful birthday party.
