Sprouts is my all time favorite grocery store. My first shopping experience was the day the first Sprouts opened in Sunnyvale back in 2011. The lines at every cashier went to the back of store. That day I made Sprouts my primary grocery store.
The selections have improved over time. The best thing is the selection of Sprouts dinners. They make up 75% of my dinners. I always get one or two salmon dinners. My breakfast is always granola. It’s hard dealing with the price increases, but the dinners and granola are the best things for my health. I’m glad to have kale available for high quality fiber.

I was at store 285 and was helped by Michael!!! He was so kind, efficient and just a great person to have met this Saturday morning. I love Sprouts I told him how it’s nice to be able to shop in a place where people are so kind and helpful. In today’s political climate it’s not many places I feel safe shopping as a single woman of color. I’m never harassed at Sprouts. I never feel like I have to be hyperventilate. It’s people like Michael who make me feel better than just ok, or safe. I feel a part of a community at Sprouts and will shop with you because no matter life’s up and downs, I’ve always afforded to shop with you. I’ve never had a bad experience there. I was pleasantly surprised after submitting feedback for the last Sprout’s survey. I love their muffins; however, I want to know what I’m putting in my body, and my complaint was that the tiny ingredient label on the packaging was impossible to read. Many people have food allergies, and this information is important for consumers. I was surprised and pleased at my last visit to Sprouts when I noticed that the ingredient labels on the 4-pack muffins are now significantly larger and easier to read. In truth, I didn’t expect Sprouts to respond to my complaint, but they did, and it was immediate. I want to thank the person who read my complaint and took the initiative to do something about it. Hey Sprouts team – I feel compelled to write about my recent experience regarding customer service in your store. As someone who’s managed teams and been a team member myself, I understand the challenges of retail. Lately, I’ve noticed a concerning trend in grocery stores: employees focused intently on stocking shelves, earbuds in, making it increasingly uncomfortable to ask for help. In fact, it’s gotten so awkward that I’ve mostly stopped trying.
Which brings me to my visit to your store yesterday…
I was absolutely DELIGHTED when your employee Keith simply approached and asked, “which one are you looking for?” I was so surprised, I actually thought he must be a product demonstrator! But no – he was an actual Sprouts team member! In today’s world where exceptional service is rare, Keith’s simple gesture felt like stumbling across a $20 bill in an old jacket pocket – unexpected and genuinely wonderful.
I believe in recognizing excellence when I see it, and Keith deserves that recognition. In a time when many would consider basic customer service a thing of the past, his proactive approach stands out as remarkable. Whatever you’re doing with Keith – promote him, give him a raise, make him train others – because he’s exactly the kind of employee that makes customers want to come back!
I like the bulk section. Store is clean but I won’t shop there regularly because it is considerably more expensive than my mainstream grocery store for the same or similar products.

I like to leave reviews when I’ve had a positive experience, and tonight was no exception. I shop at Sprout’s once or twice a week, and I often see Michael from Grocery hustling about, taking care of stocking what’s needed, checking on customers, but mostly, spreading his inherent JOY and kindness! His energy is pure warmth, he has the best attitude, and is always proactively asking customers how he can be helpful; tonight I passed by him as he chatted away with a few customers, and playfully interacted with some Sprout’s employees (your whole staff at Store 8 is TOP notch!! Raven is a gem, Jackie is SO kind, and the blonde guy with the B initial- Breckin maybe?- he is just the kindest soul as well!). I stopped him to ask his name, and I asked who his manager is, and told him I wanted his boss to know that he is a rare soul in this world right now! I always feel good when I leave Sprout’s, and it’s because of Michael and people like him that radiate kindness, positivity, joy, and looks you in the eye with a big smile! My daughter was with me a few months ago and Michael passed by her in the aisle and asked how her day was going, chatted a bit, and when he walked away, she remarked, “Wow, that guy is SO kind!?” I truly hope Michael gets recognized, not only for his hard work (because he is always hustling, he is never standing around), but for the innately awesome human being he is!!!!
I want to recommend Lynn, a cashier at Store #125 who go above and beyond to help her customers every time I see her at work. I look forward to seeing her every time I shop at Sprouts.

I want to recognize the awesome customer service provided on a consistent basis by Tabatha who works in the Loveland Colorado Sprouts deli of store 330. I regularly order a veggie sandwich because I’m trying to eat healthy and avoid the typical fast-food offerings available in most communities. Most of the time I shop early in the morning. The seafood and meat department is always so clean and everyone working. I purchase my fish and meats on display and sometimes find specials in the meat display case. The male manager who works there always is helpful and personable.
I spend a lot of time in the produce department and find the veggies quite fresh and there is an excellent assortment of fruits especially with sale prices on produce in season.

The Sprouts in West Hills, California (Store 272) is the best Sprouts anywhere near me, (I have 3) especially because of the staff. In particular, in the vitamin/health department, Carson, who is so extremely knowledgeable and helpful and pretty much knows the answers to anything anyone might have. I, myself am quite knowledgeable in this field, however, I learned something new from Carson the last time I was there. Also, the cashier, Randy, is quick, friendly, and always makes me laugh. They are gems and deserve to be recognized.
Today the gentleman who greeted us, got us to try the smart cart. His explanation was great. Now this was fun and made the shopping experience great! (I could see where I am at with spending) everything was great… until… we got to check out. The cashier that was assisting with the smart check out was insisting I move my cart up. I advised that there’s someone in front of me and there’s no room and she seemed to be more and more upset. 2nd issue, there was a problem with grapes. It wouldn’t pick up the product in the carts system. Now this would’ve of been a simple fix but they made it seem like it was my fault that I chose the grapes. Frustrating! They made a fun and shopping experience turn into guilt that I picked up a certain product… Edward helped me check out and kept explaining the grape situation I truly was too upset to even listen but he was ok. Him and the gentleman that talked about the smart carts had great customer service. The other lady was the opposite.
