Always greeted when I walk in the door. Very kind employees and always have a nice shopping experience.
Picked up my prescriptions at the drive-thru. There was some confusion with why one of my prescriptions wasn’t ready. The employee was visibly annoyed with me for having to answer my questions and having to explain the situation to me. She responded by giving me attitude which was unnecessary and unprofessional, so I asked to speak with the pharmacist, who was able to better explain the situation.

I had amazing experience y’day. Cashier FERDUS served me with professionalism, great care and smile in her face.
I wish her success in life.

I always find the employees friendly and helpful. They always seem genuinely happy working there. Customer service still means something at this business and all others should follow suit.
Walking in a Rite Aid reminds me of how businesses use to be and still should be. That is why I am a loyal customer!
Today’s experience was very good. The cashier up front said hello. I went to the pharmacy services and was excellent. Then I went to buy some stuff in the store and waited a little bit for the front cashier.
I’m a regular Rite aid shopper. I love going in there! They have unique selections of alcohol, candles, shampoo…etc!!! I always come home with beauty care items and pamper myself ❤
it should be easier to get to the survey
That is EXACTLY what I am thinking!!! This is ridiculous! If I wanted to read the history of Rite Aid, I would look it up myself!
Exactly
I love my local Rite aid in Milford Michigan. I always find exactly what I want and the employees are sooo helpful!Today Debbie helped me at check out. Debbie has great customer service. The store looked very clean and tidy, even right after Christmas! So much better than CVS!!Thank you Rite aid for having great employees !My receipt code is…1227 1504 3720 4140.
I was blessed today by one of the most caring person I have met in a very long time.
Jackie who happened to be working in the Selden NY store took the extra time to listen to me regarding my sick wife whom I am extremely worried about. She help me by pointing me to her Smithtown Ny store for a very needed product which is hard to find now days. May God bless Jackie and the caring people at rite aid.
god bless
Love this Pharmacy.
Always a warn welcome whenever I enter a Riteaid
Even though the store was short staffed, the cashier was very helpful & cheerful, even though she was under a great amount of stress! She deserves a raise, but I didn’t remember her name. She was wonderful with every customer!!!!!
Hello,
I was in the rite aid today store # 05922 in Castro Valley CA.
Whereas one of the cashiers was very helpful to me in the self-check out,
I noticed a woman without a mask. I asked her if she wanted a mask as I
carry them with me.
She told her cashier I was harrassing her. ( Maybe trying to be responsibile
to this horrible virus would be noted at that) But, This virus is spreaking
like wild fire.
The manager came over and I said, “Don’t people have to wear a mask to
come in the store?” He said, we ask them to, but it is ultimately their choice.
I said, “That pollicty makes me not want to shop here.” That manager shrugged
his shoulders. Did that manager care more about the “freedom” of some customers
vs the health of others and their patronage .
I am writing because this was an unpleasant experience and it makes me feel
that my rights ( to be safe and careful in the pandemic) didn’t matter to this
particular Rite Aid.
I guess I am asking if that indeed is the policy. I would also appeal to the company
to rethink their policy and make mask wearing mandatory.
Thank you for your time.
Jan D Chimpky .
The Amazing Kat is always absolutely AMAZING! 5-STAR service every time!
I have been shoping and filling prescriptions at rite aid since they took over from Eckards very friendly staff
Rite Aid is my favorite pharmacy in Forest. If I cannot find the item I wanted to buy, staff member from the pharmacy came out on the floor and walked me to the item I wanted. Store is always neat and clean. No rock and roll music blaring out. My only complaint about the store is the lack of decent height shopping wagons for seniors. Those grey thing are a nuisance. As a senior being treated for AMD and having arthritis, I have to bend down with aching knees to put items in the dragging wagon. Then at the cashier I have to bend down again, with aching knees, to empty the dragging wagon to put my items on the counter. The Rite Aid on Steinway Street in Astoria has the perfect small easy to use shopping carts, perfect for seniors. Someone in your store should go and check them out.
I had a terrible experience at the Temple City store today – store # 05609.
My 89-yr old mother’s covid booster shot was scheduled at 3:20 today (January 12, 2022).
We arrived at 3:05, stood in a short lie, got the form to fill out and turned it in along with her documents. While doing so, I noted that the 4 young ladies behind the pharmacy counter were arguing with one another, with considerable heat. Forms and docs were turned in by 3:15, we went and sat down to wait.
At 3:30 we had not been called in for vaccination – nor had ANYONE been called.
At 3:35 I went to the DROP OFF window and asked if my mom would be up soon – I got a scathing look, as if to say “how dare you question our procedure?” She tapped at her computer and said that they needed another signature. TWENTY minutes waiting right there and we were not called to provide the needed signature.
At 3:46 (the time is marked on my receipt) we were called up to sign for the documents that are given out with the shot. (at my RiteAid in Pasadena, I get the documentation AFTER receiving meds or shots), and we were told to sit again and wait to be called.
At 3:50 names began to be called for Covid booster shots – apparently there was one lady ahead of us, who had been sitting quietly waiting for 45 minutes. We were next after her.
After the booster shot, I had my mom sit for 10 minutes.
While she waited, I went to find the rest rooms, which I found locked. (the Pasadena RiteAid never locks its bathroom doors) Looked around for a bit, no employees to be seen. Went to the front of the store, to the front counter, at which ONE cashier was working, she said that Pharmacy had the keys.
Back to Pharmacy, to Drop Off, to asl for the bathroom keys. The young lady said “It’s at the other end”. “The other end of what,” I asked?
Evidently she meant at the Pick Up counter. Went there and was handed a 5″ by 5″ block of hard plastic with a key attached to it.
The bathroom was ghastly. Think toilet in a 1970s gas station in the middle of the desert. That kind of ghastly. Filthy, stained, crusted and just terrible. To the side of the unspeakable toilet were a toilet brush and a plumber’s helper, almost as if to say “you want it clean? go ahead and clean.” I thanked my lucky stars that I was male and only had to urinate, but shuddered at the thought of my mom having to use that nightmare.
I am thankful that my Pasadena RiteAid is better managed and – evidently – run by clean human beings.
The Temple City store needs a visit from some undercover corporate types and a thorough cleaning (in more ways than one).
My “customer experience” could not have been more ghastly.
Great experience very helpful employees.
We live 40 minutes away and choose to go to this rite aid only because the staff are so great!
Great service!!!!!
Today Sue helped me. She always greets me with a smile and by name. The Galt rite aid pharmacy is the best.
I love my Riteaid. The employees are always friendly and helpful. And I really appreciate that the store is always clean.
Very friendly service & helpful , thanks Linda.
Great place to shop. They always have what I am shopping for.
I love rite aid. I get my Amazon packages there.
I get my almonds, and slim fast products there. Rite Aid is not my pharmacy though. I got my booster covid vaccination there yesterday. I forgot that the vaccine needle did not hurt too bad, but the lady who gave me the injection understood that I was kinda scared to get the vaccination, and reassured me that it was not bad, and that may arm will be sore for a while. I was not a fan of the booster shot but I did it anyways
I recently broke my tail bone and have much pain getting in and out of my car. I drove thru the drive thru pharmacy today and your employee
#42363514, in Niles, Michigan filled my order, even though it was not prescriptions. She was so nice and I felt went out of her way to help me out with my difficult situation. She also had me sign up for the wellness program. Rite Aid is for me from now on. I also received my booster shot there with a wonderful pharmacist and after that decided to shop at RiteAid.
Why won’t you accept my former comment and name and email?
Accidentally deleted the comment, can you post once more
Why is it so damn hard to find a way to enter? Each link takes you to instructions to enter. No entry portal. WHY BOTHER??????
I was both in the drive thru and the store today. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. Stopped to help me find what I was looking for. Prompt.
I went to the pharmacy at RiteAid in McMinnville today to pick up my perscription. My doctor faxed it in on Jan. 27,2022 in the early afternoon. Today is Feb. 4,2022. Was told it was not ready-AGAIN!!!!! This is BULL-CRAP!!! Eight days to fill 1 perscription is absolutely ridiculous! Last month it took 6 days to fill the same one. From now on I will use another pharmacy. Too bad- I have shopped at RiteAid since the 1970’s. No longer the dependable place to have perscriptions filled!!
The service I got the other day was very slow. I waited almost 40 mins for a prescription that was suppose to be already done.
I went to the Rite Aid in Brentwood, NY on a Sunday evening I found what I went there for which was vitamins. The store was well lit and neat, and the associates was pretty pleasant, all in all it was a good experience.
Rite Aid, I have been using for Years. The Pharmacy is great. Get good bargains. I am Happy with Rite Aid because you can locate a store in many neighborhoods. You can take your blood pressure and weight while you wait, and it also give your body index for your weight.
Great store with very knowledgeable employees. They are always available to help me find whatever I need in the store.
I have entered hundreds of contests like this one where you need to complete a survey first and then enter. But never ever have I had to down load an app or software to enter. This just is not right and I am suspect about what the package would do. It is an .exe which gives it broad powers inside the computer.
The customer service are great , respectful and helpful when I come in. The pharmacists are the best, professional and have such gentle touch when vaccinated . This store is not only close to my home but because of the service would not change it. Great Job to all employees especially the ones that work with the pharmacist and the pharmacists that work there ; they really care for their custmoers.
Greeted with a friendly hello. Received awesome help from “itchy” cream area. Good experience overall.
I would like recognition to a young man in the pharmacy that has helped me more than once. He has always been friendly and helpful, every time I have needed help with getting refills on my husbands medication………I would like to thank him again and have his superiors acknowlage his great customer service Thank you he works at the salem nh rite aid store #10272 on main street …he goes by the name of TJ in the pharmacy dept.
Did the survey all the way to the end. Then it asked if I wanted to do a Google review. I said yes and it took me away from the survey. Link wouldn’t let me do any review and when I attempted to go back to surveyor wouldn’t let me. Took me to survey page again but when I put in the code, it said that I had already used the code. So I never got to put in my name etc to be part of the survey and contest.
Had a wonderful experience at the rite aid in Doylestown today. The pharmacy manager Adel was caring and gave great customer service. Every time I visit and he is working he is wonderful to deal with. Your people keep me coming back!ticket number 0324171108505742
I live local and shop the market street Harrisburg Rite Aid, almost everyday. Even though the past 2 years has been a challenge for everyone, the staff at this store has never let me down. Over the past 2 years I have seen many needed changes to keep the store running, and not everyone likes change. I,ve seen staff tolerate things to keep customers happy at any cost. Through all the changes. The store is always clean and well organized, Managers are always pleasant and helpful even when ask to help an irate customer who just has something to bitch about. I don,t want to keep using
phrases, such as front line workers and what lives matter. All matter and one way or the other we have all had to step up and do our part. On the record, the staff at the market street store has done more then there part to keep it all going. I commend there efforts and will continue to shop at this store.
Sincerely
George A Reigle Jr.
i am totaly not satisfied. i picked up sale items and when i got home i noticed i got charged the real price so i went back to the store and i think they took care of it after waiting in line a long time . plus all the running back and forth . i dont kknow if i will patronize this store again
Thank you for the young lady who served me in your grand central station NY on Saturday 04/ 02/22. Very pleasant.
I have not shopped in Rite Aid of awhile, but members of my household/ family visit our local stores often.
In my last 2 visits, after entering my Loyalty Phone and I was asked “if I was Greeted by the associate?” Yes or No. Is this a new Customer service – for customer satisfaction?
Last time: After a visit, ran in out to grab some school supplies. I was prompted, yes or no if greeted by the associates?” select yes, then entered my phone#. The Cashier said that my purchase was rounded to the $ amount. I in a hurry, grab my items and receipt and went on my way, think these Pandemic Prices (gas) are high now . Upon arrival home, while review my receipt saw that my purchase was round the exact $ amount (change donated to children’s funds). Normally, we would enter our Phone and the Cashier, will hit a button on the screen, that will remove any discounts on your purchases. Thinking, Cashier was quick, I did not read the screen and may have selected yes to donated my Changes to charity. Unlike Other shops e.g. grocery, you’re asked first, by the Cashier “if you would like to donated, at that Visit – yes or No”
Today’s Visit, After entering my Phone#, again I was asked – if the Associated Greeted Me? I said Yes. The Cashier then said, your total is this much. Know what i purchased today, even with taxes, it should not round up to an even $ amount. immediately, I looked down at the screen for my Purchase and saw that my change was donated to Charity. I asked the Cashier, Why is the change being “donated to Charity? , I did not say Yes.” I was not asked on the Screen, do you want to donate. I said did you say yes to donated on the screen? She said, Someone in my household said to done, my change for every purchase.” She rolled her eyes, do you want your change? I said, yes, and to be remove the option stating, “donated, my change every time to charity”. In the future visit (purchase), to be asked, if you want to or not to donate my change to charity?
Upon arrival at home, “Asked the member of my household” – if they selected, when they had visited, Rite Aid, selected “Yes”– to always, donate the my change to charity at every time they visit? ” -They said no. Both agree that, it should be set up that the customer, will prefer to be asked upon the time of your visit (purchase), Do you want to donate your change to Charity? if a family, shares the same Household (loyalty Phone#), if one decided to donate to charity and the others are not aware that this was selected. Like other stores, the Cashier confirms, before the purchase is completed – Do you want to donate, today, to charity? or do you still want to donate?
Philly Store
I live in a small rural town where our local Riteaid is the biggest and one of only two drugstores in town. The other is a mom and pop shop where the service is much faster, however, they don’t sell anything much else aside from one’s Rx. The Riteaid staff is very pleasant except for the pharmacy staff. Also, they take very long because they know the next closest Riteaid is 20 miles away.
I have strong feelings about what’s happening to my local Rite Aid Store. The stock is paltry compared with 2 years ago – where is it? I can ask that because the Rite Aid store 25 miles away in the next town is like old times- fully stocked and purring along. This store has trouble finding and keeping associates — and managers. ( I’m not even going to address the pharmacy becaue that’s not my main concern) I have used this store for decades ( whatever name owned it at the time, and since this branch opened. With the most recent upper manager installation, this store has taken a serious dive. What I mean by that is in addition to lack of associates and managers – stock and choice of stock and lack of stock. This store serves a large rural area with traffic going through to ski resorts and recreational areas. In the past, this unique store had some of everything – with new vision, it’s like the goal is to turn it into an urban health store. There are already MANY health stores in the area for food, personal care, etc. This is redundant and takes space that used to provide for all sorts of needs – truly it was like a special variety store. Now it’s lame and empty – not suited for this area. Makes us so sad. Please consider tailoring it back to OUR needs HERE!
My Rite Aid store at 250 W. Chase Street in Baltimore is the Best store. I’ve been going there for years. When the employees retired and new ones came, they got to know me and call me by name now. Always letting me know if I have a up and coming prescription to be filled.
My husband and I went to the Rite Aid Store #04315, on Walton Blvd., in Rochester Hills on 4/27/22, and was greeted with exceptional customer service. The manager Kalani was very polite and willing to assist us with our purchases. We were very pleased and satisfied upon leaving and will be returning to that store for our products.
Thank You i Love Rite Aid

The staff greet me each time I enter the store. If I seem to not be able to find a specific product, staff always asks if he or she can help me find something. We briefly carry on a conversation. I am somewhat disabled, using a cane. If I have more than one bag, someone always carry bags out for me and out them in my car. Staff are very friendly and professional. Even when checkout lines seem to be long, extra assistants always come to assist, so it doesn’t take a lot of time to shop for items and be on my way out.
Store #06743 in Rancho Mission Viejo
This is my favorite location since the staff is very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is stocked 90% of the time with the items I buy for myself and family along with lowered pricing/”on sale” items.
Rite Aid Store Pharmacy #00188. The last straw arrived today. I have been customer since 2000. The store was renovated & that’s when it started to fall apart regarding customer service.
Mind you, I realize that Other than pharmacy purchases become lengthy due to the total items being purchased however, over the years the pharmacy has employees multitasking & recognizing customers, in store & in drive-through aren’t immediately approached. In my mind these are the life-blood of the pharmacy in terms of dollars & cents.
When the workload is such that the employees are not able to wait on the clientele it’s an indication of POOR MANAGEMENT! Today, three (2) employees and one (1) Pharmacist behind the counter with two (2) customers waiting and not being seen by the employees due to windows that have been treated with acid to obscure the view, resulting in a five (5) to (10) minute wait before bing approached by an employee.
This pharmacy has to be evaluated for it’s customer service! Don’t forget CVS is a short distance away.
Amanda of the Woodside Queens store went out of her way to help me. She is an outstanding Rite Aid employee.
I frequent Rite-Aid at least once a week because they seem to have the items I need. But also, because it has a full-service pharmacy that provides prescriptions, vaccines, and over-the-counter meds…. and it’s close to my home. During this period of Covid-19, Rite-Aid stepped up to provide its customers with up-to-date pharmacy support at a most critical pandemic time…. but there are other reasons why I shop there. My Rite-Aid on Coronado Avenue in South San Diego has a staff that goes beyond to help its customers. In particular, store manager Maria, goes the extra mile to ensure that I leave the store with all my questions answered and all my merchandise needs meet. Ride-Aid in my Egger Highlands neighborhood is fulfilling the needs of my community. It is truly invested here as a community partner!
I live right next to Rite Aide and I use to go there quit often but not anymore, the customer service there is awful they do not acknowledge you they just talk to their friends or coworkers
Rite Aid has been my go to Pharmacy and drug store for years and in different cities in California. They are always professional and willing to help.
Customer service has always been good at Rite Aid.
Thank you
Virgie
Just sent my wife to get me some Mucinex DM. I typically shop at Walgreens, but she went to Rite Aid because it is a few blocks closer. Costs less than 31.00 at all of your competitors. At Rite Aid it was 41.00. That’s ridiculously over priced. Been shopping with Rite Aid off and on most of my life. Definitely not shopping at Rite Aid again. I will be spending my $1200.00 of OTC benefits at Walgreens
Nadia at Rite Aid pharmacy in Mill Creek provided the best help every time I need any help, or my wife need any help. She is very quick, courteous and great customer support attitude. In my opinion she is great asset to the Rite Aid Store Pharmacy. We wish best for her and her family. Keep up the great work Nadia. Stay happy and health.
KAREN is a friendly and helpful team member at Rite Aid in Gettysburg, PA. She took her time to help me with some items I had coupons for. She is always happy and ready to help anyone. Miss Karen did call for help from a manager, MICHELLE, and miss Michelle also was very friendly and helpful.
Thank you to both ladies for your friendly help.
I purchased a Lively Jitterbug Smart3 phone on 10/28/2022 which was on sale for $74.99. Cashier didn’t tell me the $ amount of my receipt and unfortunately I did not look at it. When I got home, checked the receipt to see the phone was charged to me at $149.99 plus tax! I shall return it today. My receipt #1028 1003 9830 2343.
I was in the Rite Aid in Pacific Beach CA today and your employee, Bellma, was so sweet and friendly! It was a huge difference from another employee I used to encounter there who was always grumpy and unfriendly. You have a true gem in Bellma and she needs to be recognized for her wonderful work ethics. She thanked me for shopping there and that’s something cashiers nowadays are forgetting to do. I wish her the best and I look forward to seeing her happy, smiling face again soon!
Newly updated store making shopping easier. Staff are courteous and provide good service. Good or reasonable prices, especially in re holiday decorations.
fast check out.
