She is always helpful and knowledgeable with outstanding customer service . My shopping experience was very pleasant shelves were stocked neatly. Everyone was eager to be of help. My experience at the deli counter was the best a lovely woman who made sure I was satisfied with the cuts of the coldcuts a real conscientious worker. I wish I could remember her name.   15. Manchester, CT BJs is one of the most organized stores that offer the consumer the ability to find items that are on your list as well as those that are not. I luv the Deli Dept. Prices are excellent; staff are always polite and allows the consumer to make additional selections if one forgets a last-minute item.

  17. Just wanted you to know that the employees at the BJ’s in Middletown, RI are the best group of employees I have ever seen as a whole. They are always cheerful, good attitudes, helpful and converse with customer’s easily. Two people who stood out to me are Reese and Cashier 464638, I couldn’t remember her name by the time I got a chance to sit down and type this. I apologize because she was so sweet and helpful.
    I really like shopping there not only because I save money but going there is always a pleasant experience.

  18. I have always enjoyed shopping at BJ’s. I miss a prior supervisor, who is not there anymore. She was wonderful. The prices and especially the coupons are great. Some major brands are pretty high, for example paper towels. But mostly everything I need in bulk is great. We recently joined Cosco due to their hearing aid purchasing prices, and noticed that their location in Concordville, PA seems so modern and beautiful. Everything there seemed cheerful, bright, inviting and clean. Our BJs store in Springfield seems old and dirty, less inviting, less modern. Actually, it seems run down. I think it would be advisable for you to improve the condition of the store. Cosco is close by and will attract your customers. FYI. Thanks for the chance to suggest this to you. Anne Bush

  19. Was really not happy with this last visit…. No cashiers working so had to use self checkout…. I don’t like this and it’s not my job …. So I was helped by an assistant and when it came time to redeem vouchers and pay the machine wouldn’t go any further….. she had to take everything to another register….. next time there’s no cashiers I’ll leave the cart and go join Costco

    I have been a BJ customer for years I love BJ for I can find everything I needed at one place.
    Quality has been great has far as meet food and fresh Vegables Produce has always been so fresh.

Working every costumer in the store floors her line know why she takes her time with each costumer and make sure they do not miss any coupon and you know the crazy thing about it 😜 😉 I have never heard a costumer complain while in her line no matter how long it be that patiently water. 😉

  25. I have been very disappointed with BJ’s. Pay all my bills online or thru my bank before due date, but seem to have a problem with BJ’s posting on time. When I inquired with Comenity Bank, I was told I would need to pay at least 14 days before due date for payment to be posted on time. I find that a little ridiculous as no other company requires that. If BJ’s is out of an advertised item, I was told just yesterday they will not honor coupon if item comes in after 10/12 expiration of coupon. The staffing is slim to none at my store and the app only lets you pay 3 different ways, select coupons, or deli while in the store. No way to locate an item in the store on the app. Outside the store, the item can be brought up but no location is given. BJ’s cashiers are really friendly and always apologizing for the bank issues and poor staffing. The gas prices are good, but I’m not sure they are worth the hassle of the membership fee. The bank website/bill payment is not always available. There are many issues that need to be addressed to keep customers in my area. Large number of retirees who are most dissatisfied. This level of unsatisfied customers was confirmed to me by one of the customer service staff at BJ’s headquarters today. I do hope they can iron out their many issues in my area.

  26. We have been a member of BJ’s for about 4 years since moving to the Delaware area. The Millsboro store is very clean, well stocked. Every employee that we have encountered is very friendly. We tried the self checkout & had a little difficulty but Employee Justine came to our rescue a few times & was able to troubleshoot & solve our problem.   28. I always have had a great experience at the BJ’s in Abingdon, Md….the employees are always ready to help and if they can’t they’ll find someone. I would like to tell you one in particular….when there was the crisis with the baby formula, one of your employees helped myself and two other shoppers find formula…the employee looked on top of the high shelves above and even searched in the back storage area….he couldn’t find none but went above and beyond to help us look….no one at the store knew what this gentleman did but I just wanted you guys to know….he rocked!!!

  29. The whitefish in the case was expired by a week . The bakery department employee gave me MEGA attitude and WOULD NOT get me what I asked for. Manger would not come out to discuss—SANAWAR SINGH. Maybe he was busy but the associate manager did and she went back and got me frozen bagels. From the time I asked for the manager to the time I got my bagels was 20 minutes—should have least given me a free bagel!!!

  35. This was my 2nd time shopping at BJs. I thought the pricing was great, especially considering what the current pricing of food is now days. The store was very clean, and employees were extremely nice. especially the cashier. Someone was always walking around with a push broom cleaning. The bakery is extremely nice. with fresh cookies and cakes. I spent 4 hours in there today and could have spent more time, but I have to watch my wallet. I hope everyone enjoys the store like I do. I look forward to shopping there more.

  36. I want to acknowledge a young man who gave me exemplary customer service at BJs Club 123 which is located at 8811 Brier Creek Parkway, Raleigh, NC. His name is Jaylen.

    I was shopping for an item at the BJs located on Triangle Plantation Drive but it wasn’t available. I had an associate check in the computer to see if one was located at the BJs Brier Creek location. The computer indicated that there was one available. I called that location and spoke to an associate name Jaylen.

    Jaylen was very professional, but not only that, he answered the phone with much energy and eagerness. He took the time to locate the item for me and I could tell that he didn’t mind at all.

    Although he did inform me that he couldn’t hold the item for me, I did inform him that I was on my way and I thanked him for his wonderful customer service.

    I got a chance to thank him personally when I got to the store and let him know how much I appreciated his customer service.

    I wanted to take the time to acknowledge outstanding customer service because so many times that’s missing. He could’ve put the phone on the counter for a few minutes, did nothing and told me it wasn’t available (seen it done before) but he didn’t. I really appreciate him taking the time to take care of the customer.

    His outstanding customer should be acknowledged by his supervisors and store manager.

    On another note, I wish BJs would make doing customer comments much easier. Before I got to this point, I got a box to sign up for online activation for computer services and I also got a popup to sign up for Publishers Clearing House. I’m sure that’s a revenue stream for BJs. but I don’t want to go through all of that. I just wanted to write about excellent customer service from Jaylen and be finished. Oh well.

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding customer service that I received on 02/24/2023 at your Lake Underhill rd. store in Orlando. The gentlemen’s name was Bryan Johnson, he was polite and was very helpful. Me and my wife are both Army veterans and when we get excellent customer service we always like to acknowledge it. I hope that your leadership also acknowledge this young man, employees like him can really make a difference in the customer experience and a stores reputation.

    First I would like to let you know that you have 2 front end employees, Carmela & Betsy. Carmela is so incredibly helpful, patient and wares a smile on her beautiful face at all times. She hit’s the floor running and just does not stop helping people, even if she overhears someone talking she is there to help. Betsy is also amazing, she is also always there to help anyone in need. Pleasant, smiling never a problem to help anyone.

    If I had a retail business I would hire them in a New York minute and give them a big rase from what they are making currently. I can’t say enough about these ladies. I really can’t wait to see them, they lift your spirits every time you see them.
