      We use Fed Ex because the folks at our store are very kind, friendly and professional, Kristina, at store 1858 has been so helpful to my wife and

I went to the FedEx store inside Walmart shopping center at 7155 Sheridan Blvd, Westminster, CO 80003 * A Lady by the name of Rhonda helped me * She was very helpful * I always have my packages ready to be shipped off but this time I had a return and I had to print out the return shipping label at home * So I did not have my package ready incase anything had to be put inside of it * Never had to do this before but anyways Rhonda helped me out and took care of EVERYTHING for me * Bless her heart . . . Despite having the instructions in my fedex account asking drivers to PLEASE deliver to our front door not our garage door or at the end of our driveway which is a football field away – again today we got a delivery at our garage door. Why have the option to enter specific instructions if drivers are not going to honor? Just saying…. Thankful not at end of our driveway.. only reason we knew to look – our son sent us a delivery notification.

I had another nice customer service experience at Store Number 3622 and location code AUZK in Bloomingdale IL with a FedEx employee with first name Ivalise.

    She made my visit and having copies made a great customer visit which does not happen very often at the present time with all of us dealing with Covid standards. I go to others stores (not just FedEx) and the visit or purchase seems like I am doing them a favor and the person does not even look up and say thanks for your purchase.

  9. i was at your livonia mi. location on 6 mile road i was there to do a fax and i was helped but very poorly treated ,they did not say anything to offend me but their actions spoke louder then words, ignoring me for quite some time before helping me.On the other hand everybody else was getting helped very efficent. I never received a good eye contact for a good customer service,i could say that this indifference was due to me being the only person in there of mexican decent second time here feeling that vibe.I know a lot of readers here will see this as wow but it it is what it is.

  10. I visited the FED EX store on Noland Road, Independence Mo. this morning. I was kinda in a hurry, so when I entered the store I was surprised of all the people that was standing in line waiting to be served. Thinking it wouldn’t take long before I get waited on and as much to my surprise I noticed only one person working at that time. Then I began to think maybe the other person was using the restroom or in the back picking up a package for someone. Three minutes went by only the one person named Reba was doing all the work. I seen her go from one, two, and three people at a time taking care of the customers. I was so overwhelmed with her multiple tasking that I didn’t mind waiting till my turn. She handled each customer with concern and great courteous that it didn’t bother me a bit to wait on my turn. It was a pleasure to watch her work. And if this is the type of service that each FED EX deliver I would encourage all my friends and family, if you haven’t tried FED EX give them a change I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

  18. On January 5 a package was shipped from the Bloomington, IL, store BMIK to be delivered to South San Francisco, CA, on January 7. The expedited cost was $166.76. The package was not delivered until Tuesday, January 11. To charge for priority service and not deliver that service is wrong. If FedEx cannot deliver on expedited service, then communicate that to the customers. The extra charge for expedited service is considered a guarantee to the customer that the package will be delivered as requested. The customer should be entitled to a refund. However, FedEx does not take responsibility for their poor service and will not give refunds for services that are purchased but not delivered on time.

  19. I really appreciate the concern and care afforded to me by Jacob at the store number 2501 on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills, Ca. He was patient, very smart and took care of the problem. The Canoga Park store on Mulhulland Drive personnel are rude, not helpful and do Not go out of their way for any problem. While waiting for someone to assist me on a printing problem with the computer, I ran up a $10 charge on my card and they wouldn’t reimburse card for no help whatsoever and no results I will not go there again

  21. I took a print job to the FedEx store in Salisbury, Maryland. Store number is 1816; Location SBYK. I was printing three large barber shop signs. Store employee, James, took extra care in getting the job done. I drove almost an hour to get to the store from my home. James gave me an estimate of the cost and also an estimate of the time he needed to complete the printing. He advised that I could take care of any errands I may have had while in the area, and he took my number and called when the job was ready. He asked me to bring one of the frames into the store so that he could make sure that the signs would fit. As expected, one of the signs was a little short for the frame. While I waited inside the store, James took the frame to the back with him and reprinted that particular sign then cut it to fit the frame. He brought it up front to me, and went above and beyond by helping me take everything out to my car. As fate would have it, after I got home I noticed that I was not completely happy with that last sign. I called the store and the manager said I could bring it back in. James was not there yet, so the store manager reprinted the sign for me. I had changed my file so that it would print portrait instead of landscape. It came out beautifully. The store manager did not charge me again for printing it. Yes, I would recommend that others use the services of this particular FedEx store based on the excellent customer service that I received from James and the store manager.

I want to shed light on Deche’–this young lady is CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONIFIED!!   32. Yesterday I took n RMA package to the local Fedex office in Mount Pleasant, SC (#1392), only to find out the preprinted label that my wife made was for USPS use only. Vickie helped me repackage because there was (1) form that needed to be inside the box for receiving. She then provided me with the location of a secondary Post Office near there that was much better and easier than the main Post Office in Mount Pleasant. I have used this Fedex office location many times and will gladly continue to do so.

    I drive to the Fed ex on coffee road in Bakersfield Ca ( store 2100) next to in-shape gym.
    I love going there. Everyone is friendly, the store is always clean which is why i switched to that store from the Fed ex i used to go to.
    The store Manager Mani and another gentleman named Juan are always quick to acknowledge me when i walk in, even if their busy they will give a quick waive. I went in just before Christmas, I was sending a Christmas in a Box to some of my employees that live in Fresno, ca because of Covid we haven’t had a company Christmas party in 2 years. I explained to Juan how i wanted it packed. He did a perfect job. My employees were so impressed, Thank you to the wonderful employees of that store. It’s always a nice experience to go there.

  39. From time to time, not more than once a month, I have the need to ship an item via FedEx and always utilize the FedEx Office HOUKC in Houston. Yesterday I walked in that store and a young lady, Yolanda, spoke to me and called me by name, my correct name. I was so impressed! Yolanda was with a customer and another associate assisted me, Hosey. He was equally friendly and helpful. I and my package were treated with care and professionalism as always but to be called by name upon entering any business establishment, especially one used infrequently, these days is unusual to say the least. I have shopped at the same grocery every week for four years and there is not a single employee there who could call my name if his or her life depended on it. Yolanda and Hosea are truly exceptionable ambassadors for FedEx.

  45. I have never been so irritated and disgusted trying ti get a return package picked up at my house. Both people i talked to had no idea about what they were doing. First person i talked with was dumb as a rock and still messed up puck up. Second person was not much better. Wish you would hire people then train them on how to correctly do their job!!!!!

  49. Yesterday I was in the FedEx Store 402 in Kerrville Texas and made copies and scanned a large volume of documents that took some time. I wasn’t familiar how the copier/scanner operated and only had limited time to accomplish my task at hand. My anxiety level was high. Mary the employee was a godsend. She provided me with outstanding service and support (more than once) above and beyond what I expected. She was very patient with me and at the same time proficiently and professionally handled other customers who came in for services.   57. We have been using your Express services for 20+ years shipping frozen food nationwide. We appreciate the way your drivers pick from the freezer the prepared and labeled shipping boxes. It all has been a pleasurable experience and we trust your personnel on our property. However, your automated phone messing system need an update. The message is too lengthy containing drawn out COVID information. Just ask for account information, weight of the box or boxes, then schedule the pick up. All our shipments are pre-paid labeled and ready to go.

    Also, once we input the shipping info on your site, you generate a shipping costs for the data given. This we require so we can invoice our customers. The cost provided on your site is ALWAYS lower than the actual cost billed to my AMX account. Always! Why?

    Also, years ago we had a substantial DISCOUNT to your std. rate system. Not any more! Why?

Without my asking, she brought out different weights of paper for us to consider; too light or too heavy would not be good. Things turned out not just good — but great! I’m one happy customer!

  62. Okay, your site doesn’t work properly. Couldn’t access the survey. So here. Your store in downtown Des Moines has the most professional and courteous employees I’ve ever dealt with. No one I know has ever had anything but compliments for your workers.
    You made the ridiculous mistake of moving the store to its present location. No one who drives and needs to park is likely to go there if they can avoid it. No parking. Your other store had easy parking. This new one is cramped, the workers make do, but they shouldn’t have to.
    It’s no longer safe in downtown DSM. Employees and customers are taking their chances with safety going to this location. Just the few blocks you moved the store really makes a difference.
    Otherwise, the place is fine. I’m grateful for it. You just ought to consider more than corporate profits before you act. Typical.

  70. I went to location NRBKK In Jacksonville, FL in the pouring rain. I was greeted by Michelle who quickly brightened my day! She was so polite and kind and went above and beyond to help me figure out how to locate a scan code so that I could return baby formula that had been recalled.
    A few hours later we coincidentally saw each other at a restaurant and Michelle went out of her way to say hello and chatted. Michelle is so genuine. I can tell she loves her job.
    I will definitely return to this store because of her.

    I had a simple job . . . laminating two signs. The agent, Karlyna was particularly helpful and cheery and was able to do in a couple of minutes what would have taken me 10 to do on my own. It is people like Karlyna and others in the Hope Avenue Store that keep me coming back for all my simple and complex needs for faxing, duplicating, and laminating needs.

  79. I don’t care how pleasant and wonderful the staff is at a FedEx location is, what is important is the delivery of the package. Twice now I have used FedEx ground to ship two items. One to North Dakota and another to Florida from Texas. Both time is took 7 days for my package to arrive. The zoning on the map says 3-5 days. It took a small box 9x7x7 -3 days to even leave the state of texas. After viewing the tracking online, the scheduled delivery date was 3/31 and my package that was dropped off on 3/28 was still in TEXAS on 3/31.
    Im sorry, but there’s was no bad weather here to claim the problem…….like the last delivery.
    I will be looking elsewhere for better ground shipping. Even USPS can deliver in their scheduled time.

    return label on my phone. I spoke to Jen when I called and then met her when I arrived at the store. She was pleasant, professional
    and very helpful. If I was rating Jen I would give her a 10.

    What I find surprising is that this was the only fedex store that can take a label off a phone. I haven’t had this problem at UPS.

Rushed back and Noah was still there and was able to retrieve the envelope and put the check with the rest so it would get there by the deadline. This time, however, I worked with Veronica, Jordan, and Stephanie to complete my order. Their pleasant manner and knowledgeable skills helped me to follow through with my task. You have a team working at that store that is a “well-oiled machine” with a caring touch.   109. FedEx Office 5714 NW Loop 410 san Antonio. -BTC02 SATKK – On May 6 2022 at 545pm the female employee working at evening shift was rude. She told the driver that he should not take my letter while I was standing next to him . However when I was at the counter she ignored me. No customer service. Richard the other employee was busy help another customer. After Richard helped me she stood at the counter and glared at me . I will not be going back any more. Bad service by that young girl employee she should be written up.

  139. How did FedEx hit one out of the park today?
    EASY when they hired IDA!!
    Picking up on a comment I made, IDA updated me on freight access to the building. Armed with this new information I can meet my daily challenges with less stress and more confidence.
